Adult 1:1 Tutoring:
Do you have trouble reading and writing? Does someone you know find it hard to read or write?
We can help. We provide free, confidential, one-on-one tutoring.

StoryWalk Program:
Check out our StoryWalk at Walnut Park Elementary School (4092 Mountainview Drive) in Smithers.
The story is changed monthly and free activity kits to match the story are available at the Northwest Child Development Centre (1471 Columbia Drive).

Food Skills for Families:
Connecting people in the kitchen, teaching hands-on cooking skills and making health eating, grocery shopping and cooking easy, quick and fun.
Join one of our free group programs and improve your knowledge and skills in a fun, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere.

Do you need help filling in a form, navigating technology, or doing an online application? Help is available!

Summer Step Up

Summer Step Up helps students maintain and strengthen their literacy and academic skills over the summer.

Our tutors provide engaging, individualized one-on-one tutoring in a casual summer environment, working on each student’s specific learning needs as identified by their classroom teacher or their family.
