The English Language and Multicultural Services (ELMS) program at Smithers Community Services has noticed some new folks working in Smithers who may be here on a temporary foreign worker permit. We are seeking input from employers in the area to help us understand how we might best support them and folks they are hiring from other countries. All replies are voluntary, optional, and confidential.
